Combat Rogues do a great job of dishing out lots of damage. Here's a good build for that.

Combat Rogue PvP Build
Here's a build for poeple who don't want to swap back
and forth between specs. Combat does the damage, your skill will take
care of the rest. This is not a "burst" build, so you will have to
pick your fights effectively.
It's not easy more, but if it's your game then go for
it!
